Real items from "The Office" up for auction

Although "The Office" ended its nine-season run more than five years ago, thanks to syndication and Netflix, the comedic "mockumentary" has lived in infamy.

Starting last week and running through Oct. 5, real-life items used by Michael, Pam, Jim, Dwight and the gang are up for auction. The online auction site Screenbid has nearly 500 prop items up from the Dunder Mifflin Scranton branch up for auction.

With the number of items up for bid, someone could create a shrine to the show.

The auction includes the reception desk that Pam, and later Erin, answered phone calls from; the conference room table and chairs used for many gatherings; the St. Pauli Girl Beer sign that Michael fought with Jan over; and the nunchucks Dwight nearly used on Roy to protect Jim.

While bids for these items have already reached over $1,000, other items such as Stanley's desk pad and Angela's computer speakers, as of Monday evening, still have not had a $25 opening bid.
