NASHVILLE, Tenn .(WTVF) — Due to the impact of the winter storms, Nashville Electric Service will not disconnect customers for nonpayment through the end of the month.
NES said they've paused residential disconnections through March 1, due to possible mail delays.
Customers still experiencing trouble paying power bills are asked to call 615-736-6900.
According to NES, 8,953 customers (2 percent of their customers), faced power interruptions at some point during last week's storm. The peak outage rate at one time was 2,008 customers.
