NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Hatch Show Print has announced a new exhibit in its Haley Gallery, and Tuesday the artists got to work on a collaborative piece.
The exhibit called “In Collaboration: Jon Langford and Jim Sherraden was set for October 3rd.
It will feature new work from visual artist Jon Langford as well as mono-prints from "Hatch Show Print's" master printer, Jim Sherraden.
“We’re constantly de-perfecting each piece making them special, unique, a bit of a distressed look. We work well together, and are proud to have this opportunity,” said Sherraden.
Their collaborative print was based on the lyrics to "Girl from the North Country"written by Bob Dylan and recorded by Dylan as a duet with Johnny Cash in 1969.
