CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – New information has emerged in the case of a man accused of running over a woman with his boat in 2013.
Douglas Jackson, age 26, has now been facing a murder charge after a grand jury issued new indictments in the case.
According to the indictment, Jackson "did knowingly kill" Stephanie Burns.
Jackson has been charged with second-degree murder, vehicular homicide, aggravated assault and boating violations.
