Police in Smyrna said they’re having problems with their non-emergency phone lines.
Smyrna Police confirmed the information Monday morning in a Facebook post. However, 911 lines were not affected.
For now, 615-459-9716 is the only non-emergency line for the Police Department that is working. We'll post updates as they become available

It’s not clear what caused the issue.
Authorities said technicians are working on the problem.
