ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man is dead following a crash in Robertson County on Highway 49 Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported just after 8 a.m. Tuesday. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a semi-truck was on Highway 49 near Sandy Springs Road, headed south. A Ford Fusion was also on Highway 49, headed north.
The Fusion - driven by 49-year-old Donald Griffin Jr. - crossed over the center line, colliding with the semi-truck.
While the driver of the semi-truck was not injured, Griffin died in the crash.
