PULASKI, Tenn. (WTVF) — A three-vehicle crash on Columbia Highway in Giles County claimed one life Monday after the load on a tractor trailer shifted, causing the truck to turn over and the load to exit onto the road.
The truck was traveling northbound on the highway near Old Campbellsville Road when upon flipping over the logs entered the southbound lane, striking two vehicles.
60-year-old Robert Lloyd was killed in the crash.
The driver of the tractor trailer, Matthew Richards, 48, and the driver of the other vehicle, 45-year-old David Ledford III were injured.
There is not further information about the crash at this time.
