MONTEREY, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person died in a crash on State Route 24 in Putnam County.
Monday evening's multiple-vehicle crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on SR 24 North at East Wilder Avenue.
Details of the crash were not released, but officials say at least one person was killed.
Southbound lanes of 24 were closed while police investigated.
