LAKE CO., Tenn. (WTVF) — The two fugitives who escaped from the Northwest Correctional Complex in Lake County over the weekend have been captured.
The TBI added Christopher Osteen and Robert Brown to the Most Wanted list after their escape on Friday. The two face charges of aggravated kidnapping, burglary and theft out of Henry County.
On Sunday Osteen and Brown were captured in Pompano Beach, Florida
