SMYRNA, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was injured Friday morning in a crash involving a tractor trailer and a bucket truck.
The incident happened around 6 a.m. on eastbound Sam Ridley Parkway near Industrial Parkway in Smyrna.
The cause of the crash remains unclear. Sky 5 flew over the scene and showed that the bucket part of the truck had been damaged. It’s unclear if the man was working on traffic lights at the time.
The man was seen being airlifted from the area. The extent of his injuries is unclear.
