Photos: St. Thomas Midtown celebrates Halloween with costumes in NICU

For the second year in a row, the St. Thomas Hospital Midtown nurses Kim Meek and Olivia Horne have brought the Halloween spirit to the NICU with homemade costumes. The fun-sized costumes are a way to bring smiles and laughs to families during the stress of the baby's NICU stay, the hospital said.
