MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue went pink Saturday.
The “Pink Heals National Tour” and their pink fire trucks made a stop at Station 7 on North Thompson Lane to deliver flowers and other goodies to Robbie Walls, wife of Captain Clay Walls, and Maribeth Sauls, the wife of Driver Billy Sauls.
Both women are cancer survivors.
The names of the two women were added to the thousands of other names of women affected by cancer on the pink fire engine.
The “Pink Heals National Tour” was scheduled to be set up near Old Navy at The Avenue for the remainder of the day selling merchandise and displaying those pink fire trucks.
