An investigation got underway overnight after a popular restaurant in East Nashville was burglarized.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Thursday at The Pharmacy Burger Parlor and Beer Garden.
The suspect didn’t actually get into the building until about 4 a.m.
Metro Nashville Police officers said the suspect smashed through a window to get inside. They believe the person went in for the safe, but it was apparently too heavy to remove.
Surveillance cameras were in-use at the time. However, a clear suspect description wasn’t known.
The restaurant will open as normal for the day.
