WESTMORELAND, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police said a portion of Highway 31 in Westmoreland has reopened after an early-morning investigation.
Westmoreland police said on Facebook Monday morning that the road is shut down from the bottom of the hill to Highway 52.
It’s unclear what prompted the investigation. No additional details were known.
