NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Police have asked the public’s help in identifying a robbery and carjacking suspect in Nashville.
The incident happened on Wednesday, November 20, at a Little Caesar’s on Gallatin Pike. Police said the same suspect is accused of carjacking a woman later that day.
Investigators said the suspect entered the restaurant at 4:10 p.m. and forced an employee to open the register. He then ran off towards Kirkland Avenue.
Three hours later, police say a woman was carjacked at an apartment complex on Pennington Avenue. She had just pulled into the complex when a gunman demanded her belongings. He took off in her 2012 dark green Toyota Camry with Tennessee tag 2D59N9.
Police released surveillance photos of the suspect, saying that he’s 5’9” tall.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect or sees the stolen Camry was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
