NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police officials asked for the public's help in their search for robbery suspect, 25-year-old Daniel D. Hamilton.

Police say Hamilton is the suspected gunman in a February 10 robbery of the Dollar General store on Dickerson Pike. He's been charged with aggravated robbery and police say he should be considered to be armed and dangerous.

Hamilton was reportedly wearing a mask and demanded money from the store clerk at gunpoint. He then got in a getaway car which police say was driven by 28-year-old Sharrod Barton, who was arrested last week.

Anyone seeing Hamilton, or knows where he is was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Hamilton is last known to have lived on Claiborne Street in Nashville.
