BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Officials in Warren County have asked for help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
Investigators with the Bowling Green Police Department said the robbery happened at Monticello Bank off of Cave Mill Road just after 1:00p.m. Wednesday.
Employees told police the man entered the bank and gave the teller a note that said he had a weapon and demanded money. He then ran away, after receiving the money.
Investigators described the man as a bald, black male with a goatee. They said he was wearing a pink shirt with blue or similar color stripes, blue jeans and a burgundy ball cap with the letters “WNSL” printed on the front.
The suspect could be linked to a robbery at Citizens First Bank on Campbell Lane on July 27.
