Detectives have asked for the public's help in identifying two men who robbed a Nashville Metro PCS store.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the first suspect entered the story just before 6 p.m. Sunday evening.
He tried to rob the clerk with a gun, but the clerk fought back. While the clerk and suspect struggled, a second suspect came in. The two men took cash from the register and ran away.
The clerk was not injured during the struggle with the gunman, who was described as a black man who is 5'9" tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was wearing eye glasses, a short-sleeved black and yellow hooded shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.
The second suspect was described as a black man with dreadlocks who is approximately 5’10” and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He wore a grey and black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black and white tennis shoes.
Detectives asked anyone recognizing the men or who may have information on where they could be to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
