NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police are searching for a man who shot a driver on Interstate 24 West in Nashville Monday.
According to police officials, a man was injured after being shot while driving on the interstate near Hermitage Avenue.
He was allegedly shot by a man with a beard in a newer-model, maroon vehicle. Police say the gunman fired two shots through the passenger side of the vehicle, hitting the driver, then drove away off the Hermitage Avenue exit.
The driver was seriously injured but is expected to be OK.
