An alert police officer was in the right place at the right time after a car got stuck on the train tracks in Berry Hill.
The officer spotted the car on the tracks near Craighead Street around 2 a.m. Sunday.
A train was on the tracks and was headed that way. The officer called CSX and was able to get it stopped just in the nick of time. The train stopped not too far from the car.
The driver was still inside the car. Police said they believe he was intoxicated. Further details had not been released.
