Officials with the Lebanon Police Department have warned the public about a group of scammers, targeting, for the most part, the elderly.
The department has received several calls about people showing up at their front door offering home improvement work.
The most common jobs were driveway sealing and roofing work.
Police said the scammers stay on the move and can be tough to locate; so they asked anyone who may be approached with someone like this to call police immediately.
