Millions of people across the country tuned in to watch the presidential debate. Here in Middle Tennessee that included students and faculty at Lipscomb University.
A debate watch party was held at the university Sunday night.
With plenty of drama leading up to the debate, the watch party at Lipscomb drew dozens of students from both college parties and undecided voters.
There was no lack of response and emotions from the students, especially as soon as the topic of the video of Trump saying lewd comments about women came up.

At times it seemed like a comedy show with many students laughing at what Trump had to say.
On the other hand, several had strong reactions to Hillary Clinton's emails, several clapping as they agreed with Trump's comments against Clinton.
The second presidential debate for many was more entertaining than informative.
“Sadly, I feel like it's more of a reality show and not an actual presidential debate, which bothers me,” said Mason Borneman, of Lipscomb Democrats. “I don't think it should be that way, but right now it's going back and forth and pretty disappointed in that.”
“So far it's a mudslinging contest,” said Irish Furbush, of Lipscomb Republicans. “I don't think anybody expected anything different than that. You have two very, diametrically, two very different opponents, you'll have two diametrical viewpoints .”
At Lipscomb, Sunday night's debate had about half of the attendance from the last debate, which saw roughly 200 people.
Some in attendance said they’re undecided voters with the goal of working through the abundance of information from this year's election.
“They're absolutely saturated with information, it's like a firehose of information, whereas before it was seeking out information, now it's discerning that information,” said Susan Hayes, Assistant Professor of Political Science.
