Spring Hill residents have been unable to pay their bills because the city was hacked.
The city was the victim of a recent ransomware attack, which has usually targeted local government agencies and locked their servers until the victim pays a hefty ransom.
Information received on Wednesday said residents can't pay utility bills online, and no city e-mail accounts have been usable.
Officials have been working around the clock to resolve the issue, and it's not believed anyone's personal information was stolen or compromised in the attack.
Anyone needing to pay a bill will have to do so in person.
