2 cups diced fruit of your choice
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1-2 T chopped pickled jalapeno
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp. cumin
Juice and zest of one lime
Dash of heat-your preference-optional
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Gather all ingredients and prep fresh items
2. Toss all items together in a bowl and adjust seasonings to taste
3. Chill for an hour and enjoy!
