NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — If you've noticed construction on Charlotte Avenue - maybe as it slows traffic - then maybe the promise of a new brewery and coffee outpost at Sylvan Supply will make it all worthwhile!
The project is over seven acres.
"You absolutely don’t get that when you see it from Charlotte," said Retail Leasing Agent, Elliot Kyle, "Adjacent to The Nations and adjacent to Sylvan Park."
The project is transforming the old Madison Mill.
"130 some odd thousand square feet of office space and then we’ve got around 35,000 square-feet of retail," he said, "And close to 490 parking spaces."
Sylvan Supply will host several retail and restaurant tenants. Some are already Nashville favorites.
"Behind us we’ve got a deal done with Barista Parlor which is an institution in Nashville so we were elated to get them on the west side of town. Then Bearded Iris which is just an unbelievable local brewery is going to open their first ever taproom," he said.
Kyle is a Nashville native. He says, he's helping to plan a west side destination both locals and newcomers will love. And while the courtyard doesn't look like much now -- the opening -- is sooner than you think.
"We would target a Spring 2020 opening," he said.
