BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVF) — A Warren County Grand Jury returned an indictment on a Richardsville man on Wednesday for charges stemming from an investigation tying him to sexual abuse.
James Dixon, 69, is being charged with one count of Sodomy in the 1st degree and three counts of sexual abuse in the 1st degree. The victim in all charges was under 12 years age.
Dixon was taken into custody by police on Sunday and is being held at the Warren County Regional Jail.
