MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A second person has been arrested in a McMinnville murder case.
James Wells Junior was charged with first degree murder, burglary and aggravated assault.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says two men forced their way through Darius Bishop's front door in January. Bishop confronted them and was shot to death.
Police also arrested Terrence Malone in the case and charged him with murder.
