A portion of Highway 31 has reopened in Sumner County after a tractor trailer that was hauling frozen chicken nuggets crashed.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, there was a head-on crash along eastbound lanes near Phillips Hollow Road at about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday.
The semi truck driver involved in this crash just gave me these photos. Just before 1:30 a.m. the pickup truck driver swerved into his lane and he couldn’t avoid him.
