A serious injury crash has closed a portion of Rutherford Boulevard in Murfreesboro.
The incident was reported Friday afternoon on South Rutherford Boulevard near Huskey Truss Building and Supply.
MPD Officers are currently on the scene of a serious injury crash on S Rutherford Blvd bear Husky Truss and have the roadway closed to through traffic. The road will reopen later tonight. More information will be release when it becomes available.

Murfreesboro police tweeted that the road is closed and would reopen later in the evening.
Details of the crash were unclear at this time.
