Officials have canceled a Silver Alert after an 83-year-old Rutherford County man was found safe.
Rutherford County Sheriff’s officials said Bennett A. Hurt left his Central Valley Road home near Murfreesboro about 11 a.m. Monday.
Investigators said Hurt has been located and is safe. No additional details were provided.
The Silver Alert was canceled.
