A portion of Bell Road in Antioch has reopened after a driver crashed into a pole.
The incident happened around 5:30 a.m. Thursday near Hickory Highlands Drive.
Officials said the driver fell asleep, crossed lanes of traffic, and crashed into a pole.
That person was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Bell Road reopened shortly after 6:30 a.m.
