ANTIOCH, Tenn. (WTVF) — Students were evacuated at A.Z. Kelley Elementary School in Antioch after smoke was reported inside the building.
The incident happened Tuesday morning at the school located on Pettus Road.
Metro Nashville School officials confirmed the building was evacuated due to smoke but added that no one was hurt.
According to the Nashville Fire Department, students were taken to Thurgood Marshall Middle School while crews search for the source of the smoke.
No additional details were known.
