A birthday celebration was held for the Nashville Songwriters Association International, NSAI, which turned 50.
The concert was held Wednesday night at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
A handful of famous entertainers were there to mark the occasion including Kris Kristofferson.
He performed "Sunday Morning Coming Down" a song he wrote that became a number one hit for Johnny Cash.
NSAI is the world's largest not-for-profit songwriters trade association, which protects the rights of the people behind the songs we hear every day.
They also put on some amazing events each year like the Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival right here in Nashville.
