Update:

The weekend of March 7 and 8, the locations are:
Nashville: Nissan Stadium, 1 Titans Way
Lebanon: Home Depot, 955 South Hartmann Drive
Cookeville: Cookeville Communtiy Center, 240 Carlen Drive

The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance has set up emergency response centers across Middle Tennessee for tornado victims.

In Nashville, residents with questions can visit the emergency shelter at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville. People can come with questions about their policies and their coverage and find out how to make claims. All of the major insurance carriers plan to be there with their catastrophic or emergency response teams.

Residents in Wilson County can go to the Home Depot at 955 South Hartman Drive in Lebanon. Representatives with Allstate, State Farm, and Farm Bureau are there.

In Putnam County, residents should go to the Putnam County 911 Center at 700 County Services in Cookeville. Farm Bureau is there.

Hours for all three centers are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All emergency response centers will be open for the foreseeable future.

TDCI also has a mobile response unit out touring damage and giving people information. They are making stops in East Nashville, Germantown and Putnam County.

The main offices at TDCI are closed Tuesday, but will reopen Wednesday and will take insurance calls from consumers who need help. The numbers to call are 615-741-2218 or 800-342-4029.
