State officials have been advised to investigate embattled representative Jeremy Durham’s finances over the possible misuse of campaign funds.

Slatery believed Durham moved money between the title company Durham owns and his campaign committee.
Several subpoenas were expected to be issued for Durham's campaign, his business and financial institutions.
