A man has been charged after confessing to killing a missing person.
Officials said Stuart Hearell was reported missing on November 26 from Cornerstone Manor.
Around 8 p.m. Thursday, authorities said Tommy Mulhall went to the police department and said he had killed Hearell around the Thanksgiving holiday.
Mulhall also admitted to burying Hearell in a shallow grave on a property in the 600 block of Cartertown Spur Road.
Officials confirmed a mound of dirt was found and the victim’s body was located.
Mulhall has been charged with first degree murder and tampering with evidence. He was booked into the Allen County Detention Center.
