A man on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted List has been placed behind bars.
Christopher Padgett was located early Friday morning in Chattanooga.
Padgett was wanted after he cut off his GPS monitoring device earlier in October in an attempt to avoid standing trial.
A jury convicted him of first degree murder anyway despite his attempt.
