Steven Tyler helped kick off the Nashville Film Festival by choosing to premiere his film "Steven Tyler: Out On A Limb" on the first night of the festival.
Thursday was proclaimed "Steven Tyler Day" in Nashville by Mayor Briley, and Tyler walked the red carpet before watching the movie with fans for the first time.
The film explores Tyler's solo career outside of Aerosmith, where he released a Country album and became a part of the creative Nashville community.
Tyler will be playing Fontanel on Saturday, and limited tickets are still available. The film about Tyler will be distributed to the public next week after the Nashville Film Festival.
