NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A cold front is expected to bring strong to severe storms to the mid-state Saturday.
The storms could bring damaging wind, heavy rain/flooding with a chance of an isolated tornado.
Two rounds of storms are expected to hit Saturday, one in the morning and another in the evening.
Damaging wind is more likely to be the theme during the morning storms with flooding being the bigger threat in the second round.
The mid-state will see widespread rain totaling 1"-3," with some spots seeing 4" or more.
