Police said they’re searching for a suspect following a robbery at a local Best Western.
The incident happened in the 800 block of Murfreesboro Pike after 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
Reports stated the suspect, possibly in his 20’s, went into the hotel armed with a handgun. He demanded money then fled with an unknown about of cash.
A K-9 officer was brought to the scene in an attempt to track the suspect.
No injuries were reported. The investigation remained ongoing.
