Detectives have asked for the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect who has allegedly stolen from Dicaperl Minerals Corporation building three times over several weeks.
The building is located at 2601 Osage Street. Police said each time the suspect took copper wire, tools and welding supplies.
The thief was recorded on a surveillance system at the facility. He was described has having a large cross tattoo on his back, as well as tattoos on his arms.
