The crash happened just after midnight on Memorial Day. Officers from the Mt. Juliet Police Department were called to I-40 westbound near mile marker 223. The crash was at the exit sign for The Hermitage.
When officers from the Mt. Juliet Police Department arrived at the scene they found two vehicles had been involved in the crash.
