Rising gun crimes in Tennessee have caused a serious threat to public safety. That's the word from the Director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Murders involving a firearm were up more than 54 percent between 2013 to 2016 between 9 p.m. and midnight.
Most gun-related offenses happened on Saturdays and Sundays.
