A teen was hit by a vehicle on Boyd Mill Avenue in Franklin.
It happened just after 2 p.m.
Officers with the Franklin Police Department responded to the scene. They said the teen was alert when they arrived.
He was hit while in the road at the 700 block of Boyd Mill Avenue in Franklin.
Officers asked drivers to avoid the area while they investigated.
