NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Nashville Mayor John Cooper says repairing the city will take time and be a long process.
To help with cleanup efforts, more than 30,000 volunteers will work with Hands on Nashville and go door-to-door to evaluate needs.
Emergency personnel have been assessing the damage and looking for high-priority areas.

Hands on Nashville is also taking donations for certain items like clothes, trash bags, gloves, and food.
There are several opportunities available on the weekend and upcoming days.
