Hillary Clinton's running mate Tim Kaine was at Valentino's on the West End at a private fundraiser.
The fundraising event was held Tuesday night.
An invitation to serve as hosts for the event lists a fundraising level of $33,000 - $400 per couple. Other attendees paid $10,000 per couple.
Senator Tim Kaine last spoke in Nashville three years ago at the annual fundraiser for the Tennessee Democratic Party.
