The state Supreme Court upheld the conviction for a mother who murdered her newborn twins.
Lindsey Lowe smothered the infants after delivering them in 2011 then hid their bodies in a laundry basket.
Lowe wanted search warrant evidence suppressed in her trial because of a typo in the warrants.
The Sumner County court denied that motion, leading to her conviction.
She appealed, but the state's highest court agreed with the county's decision. Lowe is serving a more than 50-year sentence at Tennessee Prison for Women.
