A Tornado Watch has been issued for several counties in East Tennessee.
The watch went into effect around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and would continue until 8 p.m. Clay, Cumberland, Fentress, Overton, Pickett, and Putnam counties were included.

A line of rain and storms moved through the Nashville area during the morning hours, causing high wind gusts and some torrential downpours.
