Set up has begun in Franklin for the second annual Pilgrimage Music and Culture Festival.
The festival is expected to bring in 50 percent more attendees than last year which brought thousands to Middle Tennessee.
Yet, aside from the expected fun, officials said anyone planning to attend or drive through the area should expect changing traffic patterns.
Beginning Saturday at 6:00 a.m., the northbound lane of Franklin Road up to Mack Hatcher Parkway will be closed for pedestrian traffic.
The southbound lane will be open to allow traffic to flow into downtown Franklin.
Festival attendees may park on-site at the north gate or in the city's two public parking garages downtown. Click here for more parking and traffic information.
Several downtown businesses will also host live music in the evening on both Saturday and Sunday once the daytime festival wraps up.
