Football season is nearly in full swing, but with the games also comes traffic.
The first preseason Tennessee Titans game against the San Diego Chargers starts at 7 p.m. Saturday, and the usual traffic management plan for Titans games will be in effect.
That means the Woodland Street Bridge will close at 4:30 p.m. and be available only to people walking across it, as well as shuttle buses.
The lots at Nissan Stadium are only open to those with parking passes - no cash parking and those lots open at 3 p.m. gates to the stadium open at 5 p.m.
Bus shuttles will start at 5:30 p.m. from lots at Rosa Parks Boulevard at 10th Avenue North and 10th Circle North at Charlotte Avenue.
Those shuttles cost $10 per person. And remember, the NFL bag restrictions that started in 2013 are in effect - even in pre-season games.
Anything larger than a clutch style purse must be a clear plastic bag. Nissan Stadium security staff will be enforcing the bag policy.
